We take pride in delivering top quality products to customers across the UAE. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure smooth and transparent delivery for all orders. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order to fully understand how our delivery process works, the charges involved, and the terms that apply to different Emirates.

1. General Overview

Palm Paradise Nursery offers nationwide delivery across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. We specialize in delivering various palm species in a wide range of sizes suitable for residential, commercial, and landscape projects.

We aim to make the process of purchasing and receiving your plants as simple as possible. However, due to the nature of the products being large that require careful handling delivery charges and logistics are determined based on several key factors such as quantity, size, and distance. Our team ensures that every palm is safely packed, transported, and delivered in the healthiest possible condition.

2. Delivery Coverage

We proudly deliver to all locations across the UAE.
However, delivery terms differ between Dubai and other Emirates:

• Deliveries within Dubai follow a fixed delivery rate structure.
• Deliveries outside Dubai (other Emirates) are handled upon special request and are subject to custom pricing.

Our goal is to ensure flexible and reliable delivery options that meet our customers’ needs, whether they are landscapers, contractors, or individual homeowners.

3. Delivery Charges Within Dubai

A flat delivery charge of AED 500 applies for each batch of up to 6 palms (up to 4 meters in height).

Even if a customer orders only 1 palm, the AED 500 delivery fee will still apply.

If the order exceeds 6 palms, another AED 500 will be charged for the next batch of 6.

Example:

1. 1 to 6 palms → AED 500 delivery charge
2. 7 to 12 palms → AED 1,000 delivery charge
3. 13 to 18 palms → AED 1,500 delivery charge, and so on.

• The above rate applies only to palms up to 4 meters in height. For taller palms exceeding this height, special handling and equipment may be required, and the cost will vary.

• Delivery charges are calculated per batch of 6 palms, regardless of the total number of palms in your order. This ensures fair pricing and predictable delivery costs for both small and large orders.

• The delivery fee covers transport only, from our nursery in Lahbab, Dubai, to your delivery location in Dubai.

• Customers are advised to confirm delivery availability and timing with our team prior to finalizing their order. Delivery times may depend on scheduling, accessibility, and vehicle availability.

4. Delivery to Other Emirates

For customers residing outside Dubai, Palm Paradise Nursery provides delivery upon special request only.
We strive to serve clients across the UAE, however, because of the logistical challenges associated with transporting large palms over long distances, delivery charges will vary based on several factors:

• Location and Distance – The further the destination from our nursery in Lahbab, the higher the delivery cost will be.
• Order Size – The total number of palms and their collective size influence the type of transportation required.
• Height and Weight of Palms – Larger palms require specialized trucks or cranes, which may increase the cost.
• Accessibility of Delivery Site – If the destination is in a remote or hard to access area, additional handling fees may apply.

Before placing an order for delivery outside Dubai, customers are encouraged to consult with our team for an accurate quote. We will provide a tailored estimate based on your order details and location to ensure full transparency in pricing.

Deliveries to Emirates such as Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, or Fujairah may take additional time compared to local deliveries within Dubai. Our logistics team will coordinate with you to plan an appropriate delivery date.

5. Delivery Timeframe

• Typical delivery within Dubai is completed within 1 – 3 working days after payment confirmation, depending on stock availability and scheduling.
• For deliveries to other Emirates, timelines may vary between 2 – 4 working days, subject to coordination and distance.
• Urgent or same day delivery requests may be considered upon request but may incur an additional surcharge.

We take every precaution to ensure that your palms arrive in excellent condition. Since these are living plants, our team handles them with care during transportation to prevent damage or stress.

6. Installation and Planting Services

Please note that delivery charges do not include installation or planting services.
Our standard delivery service includes transportation only and ends at the customer’s designated drop off location.

If you would like our team to install or plant the palms at your site, this service can be arranged for an additional fee. Installation costs depend on several factors, including:

• The number of palms to be planted
• The type of soil and site preparation required
• The accessibility of the planting location
• The equipment and manpower needed

We recommend contacting us directly to discuss your site conditions and receive a customized quotation for installation. Our experienced landscape team can assist with proper placement, soil preparation, and watering to ensure healthy growth after delivery.

7. Important Delivery Terms and Conditions

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please review the following important terms:

1. Site Accessibility
• The delivery location must be easily accessible for trucks.
• Customers must inform us in advance if special arrangements (such as cranes or long distance unloading) are required.
2. Unloading Responsibility
• Delivery charges cover transport only, not unloading.
• If you require our team’s assistance for unloading or placement, please inform us before delivery so we can include it in the quotation.
3. Delivery Confirmation
• Once delivery is scheduled, customers must ensure someone is available on site to receive the order.
• Missed or rescheduled deliveries may incur additional fees.
4. Product Condition
• All palms are inspected before loading to ensure they are healthy and in good condition.
• We are not responsible for any damage occurring after successful delivery, due to improper handling, planting, or storage by the customer.
5. Weather Conditions
• Deliveries may be delayed in case of extreme weather conditions (such as heavy rain, sandstorms, or high winds) for the safety of our team and the plants.

8. Payment and Order Confirmation

• All delivery charges must be paid in advance before dispatch.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
• Customers will receive a confirmation message with the scheduled delivery date once payment is processed.

For large or custom orders, a deposit may be required to reserve stock and secure delivery arrangements.

9. Pickup from the Nursery

Customers who prefer to handle transportation themselves can collect their palms directly from our nursery.

• Pickup is generally available 24 hours after order confirmation to allow our team to prepare your palms for safe handover.
• You can visit our nursery in Lahbab, Dubai, during working hours for collection.
• Our nursery location and operating hours are available on the Contact Page of our website.
• In case of any issues or delays, our sales team will contact you within 12 hours during working hours to provide updates or assistance.

When choosing the pickup option, please ensure you have the proper vehicle and manpower to transport the palms safely. Our staff will assist with loading as needed, but Palm Paradise Nursery is not responsible for any damage caused after collection.
